
Lori established Meals That Matter after recognizing how much a homemade meal and a friendly check-in can mean to someone facing a difficult season. A lifelong Grafton resident, she built the organization around the belief that neighbors can support one another through simple acts of care. Through Meals That Matter, Lori brings together volunteers, local partners, and community members to help bridge the gap through comfort and care for neighbors when they need it most.

Tara grew up in Grafton and is a licensed clinical social worker with more than a decade of experience supporting individuals and families. She owns a private telehealth therapy practice and remains active in the local community. As Board President, Tara brings her background in social work and community care to help guide the mission and growth of Meals That Matter.

Cassandra Arriaza brings nearly two decades of legal experience across the private and public service sectors and is currently a federal employee. As a longtime Grafton resident, Cassandra supports the mission of Meals That Matter by helping ensure strong governance and thoughtful stewardship as the organization continues to grow.

Andrea grew up in Grafton and now lives in Millbury. She brings more than 20 years of experience in medical billing and coding, including her work with UMass Memorial Healthcare and as billing manager at Dragonfly Path in Shrewsbury. A longtime member of the Grafton community, Andrea has volunteered with Meals That Matter by delivering meals and coordinating drivers, and she now serves as Board Treasurer, helping ensure strong financial stewardship for the organization.
